Training Needs Analysis
 

The Training Needs Analysis is a vital service and should be the starting point for all clients. This allows you to identify and understand the development requirements within your organisation. The Training Needs Analysis can be carried out in a series of interviews with staff and mangers or can be more informal and low key.

 

Training Plan
 

From the Training Needs Analysis we produce a comprehensive plan with suggestions on development solutions. If there are many, we put them into a time planner so that the solutions can be delivered over a manageable period of time.

 

Delivery
 

Choosing the environment that is most conducive for learning is essential. We are equally at home delivering training in-house or off-site and, if off-site is agreed to be the optimal solution, we will arrange everything for you. On our courses, our style is informal, participative and fun. We create workshops rather than classrooms and are skilled in making sure that everybody contributes to the discussions, no matter what their level of experience might be.

 

Accreditation & Certificates
 

All delegates receive a certificate on completion of any training programme. If the programme is modular e.g. Management Development then we suggest that the individual is offered accreditation. This will involve a project or interview on completion of the course.

 

Evaluation
 

We prepare a fully documented evaluation report for each delegate after all programmes with clear guidance on areas for future development.
